Since establishing Threat Ready in 1993, John has been instrumental in providing specialized safety training to numerous workplaces across North America, ranging from multinational corporations to emergency services and educational institutions. His expertise is frequently sought by legal firms across Ontario, assisting in case preparation for workplace violence litigation. An ardent lifelong learner, John holds numerous certifications including those from the FBI, the National Tactical Officers Association, and the Ontario Police College. His remarkable expertise and commitment to creating safer workplaces have earned him media appearances and guest lecturer roles.
